Come try out our karate/self-defense class, where you will learn some basic moves, a defense against an attack, and get to break boards!

Karate is an excellent way to build confidence and get good exercise at the same time.

This program is run by Alek and Megan Spackman, the co-owners of Cory’s Karate, a school of Tan Ren Do Karate in Springville, Utah.
