Join other teens for popcorn and show and tell 2.0! Bring a cool thing you made, an item you collect, a photo of your pet, or just come ready to talk about your latest obsession.
TEEN LOCK-IN

Ballroom
Have a blast at the biggest teen event of the summer! Hang out with friends, eat food, play games, make crafts, help with a service activity, and more! Registration required.
Additional Details
- Thursday, June 25th from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM in the Library Ballroom and adult Reference areas for ages 12-18 only.
- No adults will be allowed entry (aside from Library staff and approved volunteers registered to help with this event).
- There will be games, crafts, a service project (Stuffed Animal Sleepover), and a whole lot of fun!
- Teens are encouraged to bring snacks and drinks. The Library will provide some snacks as well.
- The building will be locked at 9:00 PM for the safety of both staff and participating teens. Teens will not be allowed to leave the Library between 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
- The doors on the North side of the Library (facing 600 North) will be unlocked at 11:00 PM. Teens can be picked up at those doors.

ALL teens must complete online registration to attend the Lock-In. Registration closes 30 minutes before the event starts.
If registration fills up, teens are welcome to add themselves to the waitlist and plan to attend. Due to limited supplies, wait-listed teens might not receive a Lock-In favor bag, however they will still be able to participate in Lock-In activities.

Come hang out with your friends while helping your library! Help librarians choose what books to order, help create fun teen programs at the library, volunteer for special library events, and more.
As a Teen Volunteer Board member, you can serve your community and gain valuable experience for job resumes and college applications. Pick up a Teen Volunteer Board application from the First Floor Reference Desk or print one online and bring it to your first meeting.
